All products and services offered on our Site are subject to availability. Descriptions of products and services are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Plants are living organisms and may vary in appearance from the images displayed on our Site. Factors such as screen settings, lighting conditions, and the natural variation in plants may result in differences between the appearance of plants on our Site and the actual plants received.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any products or services at any time without notice.
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services specified in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion.
All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.
We take care to package our plants securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we cannot guarantee that plants will arrive in perfect condition due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or handling by third-party carriers.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For non-plant items, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
For plants, we understand that despite our best efforts, plants may occasionally arrive damaged or in poor condition. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 14 days of delivery, please contact us with photographs of the plant for a replacement or refund.
